YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH JENNIFER GRANT T/A DIVA DESTINATIONS
Important Information about our Hosted Group Day Trips & Weekend Breaks
We do require a minimum number to guarantee our group departures. Therefore we request that once you have paid your deposit that you do not book any other elements relating to the reservation; including train tickets, parking, accommodation etc until we confirm in writing to you that we have the required numbers to proceed with your booking. In the unlikely event we have to withdraw the group trip we will refund your deposit or full balance in full.
If you withdraw from the trip for personal reasons and not because we have cancelled the trip, your deposit is non-refundable, though it may be possible to defer a deposit to another holiday in the same year if we are able to fill your original place. This deferred deposit will reduce the cost of the new holiday overall, but can only be deferred once your original place is filled. We will return the balance of your holiday if we are able to refill your place. We will deduct an admin fee of £25 in both these situations.
