Hi, I'm Jen Grant - Founder & Partner of Diva Destinations, the UK and Europe's leading Lesbian travel company specialising in hosted group holidays for Lesbian & Queer Women.
I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge & experience in arranging and delivering unique, experiential group holidays for our community. We love meeting our guests! Caron and I personally host all our trips, ensuring we deliver a fantastic holiday experience with the highest standard of service. All our trips aim to connect women from around the world in a RELAXED, FRIENDLY and FUN way so you can enjoy an amazing holiday vacation, forging friendships and making memories that last a lifetime. Caron Morton
Hi I'm Caron - Partner of Diva Destinations and Founder / Director of Girls in Golf Society CIC, which connects LGBTQ+ Women through Golf.
Jen invited me to join Diva Destinations back in 2017 to develop and grow the business further and since then, we have built a much more varied portfolio of hosted group holidays for our ever expanding clientele.
After working in the golf industry for many years, joining Diva Destinations was the best decision I ever made. I've always been a wanderer, travelling with strangers who become friends, experiencing the sights, sounds, culture and flavours of amazing destinations with like-minded women. As host, I thrive on bringing people together and enabling the intrepid traveller in all of us. Where to next?

Liz Kennedy

We were delighted when Liz asked to join the Diva Destinations team. In 2023 Liz booked our vacation to the International Eressos Women’s Festival on the beautiful Greek island of Lesvos. She had such an amazing time that she wanted to spread the word to more US women. And what better way to do that than to become our US Representative? Charlotte Baker

Charlotte has worked for many years as a Resort Rep in both Summer and Ski resorts and also worked with Caron in a Golf & Country Club. When Charlotte mentioned to Caron that she would like to join the Diva team we jumped at the chance of getting Charlotte on board. She had a great time recently, hosting alongside Jen on our Iceland trip and is now settling back in the office.
