Hi, I'm Jen Grant - Founder & Partner of Diva Destinations, the UK and Europe's leading Travel company specialising in hosted group trips for Lesbian & Queer Women.
I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge & experience in arranging and delivering unique, experiential group holidays for our community. We love meeting our guests! Caron and I personally host all our trips, ensuring we deliver a fantastic holiday experience with the highest standard of service. All our trips aim to connect women from around the world in a RELAXED, FRIENDLY and FUN way so you can enjoy an amazing holiday vacation, forging friendships and making memories that last a lifetime. Caron Morton
Hi I'm Caron - Partner of Diva Destinations and Founder / Director of Girls in Golf Society CIC, which connects LGBTQ+ Women through Golf.
Jen invited me to join Diva Destinations back in 2017 to develop and grow the business further and since then, we have built a much more varied portfolio of hosted group holidays for our ever expanding clientele.
After working in the golf industry for many years, joining Diva Destinations was the best decision I ever made. I've always been a wanderer, travelling with strangers who become friends, experiencing the sights, sounds, culture and flavours of amazing destinations with like-minded women. As host, I thrive on bringing people together and enabling the intrepid traveller in all of us. Where to next?

Zayera Khan
We are delighted to welcome Zayera to Team Diva. Zayera is a Stockholm-based global explorer, travel storyteller, and experienced tour guide with a distinctly cross-cultural perspective. Born in Karachi, Pakistan and having lived across multiple continents, she brings both curiosity and cultural insight to every journey she undertakes, combining first-hand exploration with thoughtful storytelling. Her professional and personal travels span 70+ countries, from crafting small-group guided tours to designing bespoke itineraries. Her collaboration with Diva Destinations in the UK highlights her commitment to inclusive travel, curating lesbian and queer experiences that prioritize safety, representation, and authentic connection. Zayera shares immersive travel experiences, tour guide insights, and curated itineraries grounded in real-world exploration. Her focus is on travel that is thoughtful, sustainable, and deeply human — experiences that spark curiosity, foster cultural understanding, and create lasting memories.
Charlotte Baker
UK Customer Service Representative
Charlotte has worked for many years as a Resort Rep in both Summer and Ski resorts and also worked with Caron in a Golf & Country Club. When Charlotte mentioned to Caron that she would like to join the Diva team we jumped at the chance of getting Charlotte on board. She had a great time recently, hosting alongside Jen on our Iceland trip and is now settling back in the office. So you may get a call or email from Charlotte following up on your recent trip or an enquiry you have made. She will be happy to chat through any of our trips in more detail and go through what it’s like when you join us on one of our hosted group holidays.

Jo Wade
We’re thrilled to welcome Jo Wade, to create content and connect with our community. Jo says: “I’ve known Caron for over 20 years and have always admired her passion for bringing LGBTQ+ people together”. I’ve spent the past 23 years working as a TV producer and broadcast journalist at the BBC, mostly in News and Current Affairs, with some time in History programming too. I’ve travelled extensively over the years, both for work and for leisure, so when Caron asked me to come on board at Diva Destinations, I was genuinely delighted to try my hand at something a little different alongside my broadcasting career. As a gay woman myself, I understand just how important it is to feel safe, relaxed and completely yourself when travelling. And as a single parent, I also really value connection, meeting new people, forming friendships, and feeling part of a community, which is a huge part of what makes Diva Destinations so special.
